we had a room overlooking city, the hotel was great. the room we had included a minibar, climate control and tv set. location: the venue was close enough to metro station. dessert restaurant sedra located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Oasis Hotel Heliopolis is an absolutely great place with friendly hotel staff. Guests can enjoy a variety of delicious breakfast options. the rooms are cozy, featuring thick blankets for added comfort. Its location is perfect, being very close to the airport and situated in a quiet area, which makes it an ideal spot for restful sleep. Additionally, it's within walking distance to Jurassic Park River Adventure.

Bathroom and shower were clean and very comfortable to use
Carpets should be removed or changed & breakfast buffet was very poor and if it could be improved a little bit that would be a nice hotel for people who need simple hotel to stay in during their trip to cairo

Nothing much
My room had the smell of cat's pee, the a/c was very noisy, and needed filters cleaned, because all the time dust was blowing into the room via the a/c , one night I was sick due to the food in the resturant being stale & off, but covered with spices & pepper, only after I ate it did I get the stale meat taste at the back of my mouth, I informed the manager to get a doctor prepaired in case I needed to be taken to hospital, however during the night I was sick 2 - 3 times, the t/v only had arabic stations, the english news/ movies stations kept breaking up & it was impossible to view,most of the crocery in the dining room was chipped at the corners, including cups, the breakfast buffet had stale dry coresents,did not take visa, cash only

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any inquiries or requests we had. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the airport and made our travel arrangements much easier. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus for us as we were able to stay connected during our stay.
Our experience at this hotel was overall disappointing. The condition of the rooms was subpar, with outdated and worn-out furnishings.

It was a nice hotel conveniently located with repect to our place of meeting.
There were some problem with Satellite tv and chocking of wash basin in the bath room. The location with respect to public transport was not very convenient
